Summary
Position: Clinical Lead
Location: Near Croydon, Surrey
Salary: Up to £24.17 per hour
Hours: 44 hours per week (mixture of floor shifts and supernumerary)

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the delivery of high-quality care in the nursing home.
Lead and support the care team to ensure the best outcomes for residents.
Develop and implement care plans, with a focus on dementia care.
Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.
Foster a positive and collaborative working environment.
Qualifications:
Registered Nurse with a valid NMC pin.
Proven experience in a nursing home setting.
Strong knowledge of dementia care practices.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
