Summary
Inven3 Specialistst Ltd are an Independent Property Support Specialists based in Birmingham. We are looking for experienced sales agents to increase our commercial cleaning portfolio in exchange for 15% commission (recurring if monthly). This can be negotiable dependent on the size of the deal making the earning potential very appealing. You have the flexibility to sell on the phone, online or face to face, wherever you feel most productive!
We provide highly detailed quality Inventory / Property Inspection Services as well as comprehensive and Professional Residential and Commercial Contract Cleaning Contractor Services.
We have extensive experience in Management of Commercial Cleaning Contracts across various industries that includes Retail Units, Construction / development Sites, Offices / Commercial Buildings, Warehouses, Schools, Doctors Surgeries, Apartment Blocks, Embassy, Student Lets/Accommodation and Hospices / NHS.
Inven3 Cleaning Services provide a range of Comprehensive, Professional and quality tailored Cleaning Services.
Target market
We are looking to expand our client portfolio by providing quality and professional cleaning services across multiple industries including Civil Engineering / Contruction Sites / Commercial Buildings, Property / Project Managers. Public Sector opportunities / Contracts (Tender/Procurement).

The successful candidate will benefit from:
– Commission of 15% on all deals, completely uncapped, on a reoccurring basis for the whole of the contract.
