Summary
Teaching Assistant to support a Key Stage 3 child on a one-to-one basis. To start as soon as possible, full time Monday to Friday until July 2025
The hours are 8:30am-3:00pm.
As a one to one Teaching Assistant you will be committed to understanding the young person who you are supporting, to help them to overcome any barriers to learning and achieve a positive outcome.
The young person has an education, health, and care plan (EHCP) that reflects their special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) including Social Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH).
We are looking for a very nurturing approach, with the ability to provide a more structured approach when required along with strong behaviour management strategies and resilience.
You will be joining a supportive and experienced team, where staff work together to create a positive and engaging learning environment for all learners.
