Summary
The post holder will support the Clinical lead in the development and delivery of a comprehensive systemic therapy programme within the community childrens and young peoples service. The service is comprised of generic and specialist Primary Mental Health Professionals providing a service in a getting help service, and supporting professionals from other agencies and providing the link between getting help and getting more help services. The post holder will operate at an advanced clinical level, offering leadership, clinical supervision and support to professionals working within the mental health team and will be responsible for leading the development of a comprehensive systemic therapy programme for children and young people in Sunderland. The post holder will take a lead role in the development of integrated pathways and early intervention treatment programmes for children and young people presenting with a range of emotional, behavioural and mental health difficulties. . The post holder will develop networks of support for senior professionals, with a range of complementary skills; will be proactive in influencing the service and the transformational plan, and will contribute to interagency collaborative relationships to ensure joint planning and delivery of services.
