Human Resource ADMINISTRATOR - £25000 – BD17 ESHOLT
We are looking for someone who is organised and enthusiastic to join our busy HR Team. You must be self motivated and keen to succeed as part of team, and be able to think outside the box.
To manage HR Administration, maintain employee records and ensure the People Team have the support need to run effectively
Payroll support, gathering information & data entry
ADMIN for New Starter Processes, On-boarding and Leavers
People Inbox Management
Responsible for all People Team Administration
Streamline people administration process
Support with organisation of training and people meetings
Creating regular weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reports for the people team
Maintain accurate people records in the relevant systems
Support people team related training programmes, workshops and seminars
Ad-Hoc Projects for the people team
Use Microsoft office and EXCEL daily
You must also have; Solid IT Skills, Strong communication skills, written and verbal, Ability to multitask, Confident problem solver. An understanding of HR or recruitment is helpful, but not essential
8.30am – 5pm (Monday to Friday) - 30 mins lunch
