This is a fantastic opportunity for an exceptional, or the potential to be an exceptional teacher of science to join Kings Norton Girls’ School and Sixth Form on a temporary contract to cover maternity leave. We are an outstanding school achieving excellent pastoral and academic outcomes for students within a culture of care, concern and well-being for both students and staff.
The successful applicant will be an effective classroom practitioner, able to teach all sciences at KS3 and KS4. The ability to teach biology at KS5 is essential however, prior experience of doing so is not essential. They must also be committed to improving learners’ experiences and attainment through working collaboratively and being willing to adopt new ideas.
