Summary
The Property team at Advinia Health Care are looking for a Regional Decorator to deliver a full range of painting and decorating services across 13 Care Home sites in Scotland.
Duties/Key Responsibilities
All aspects of Painting & Decorating whilst working in a Care Home environment.
Hanging of wallpaper, murals and Muraspec wall coverings.
Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and filling holes or cracks
Apply paint, varnish, or other finishes using brushes & rollers
Ensure proper coverage and smooth application of paint
Follow safety guidelines and use protective equipment when necessary
Clean and maintain painting tools and equipment
Reporting to the Property team of any needed projects and programmes in all areas.
Skills Required
Good communication skills.
Resilience under pressure.
Ability to work to flexible schedules.
Ability to work on their own.
Knowledge of relevant health and safety legislation and safety procedures.
Full Driving Licence (essential).
Own transport (essential)
Work Location: On site across Scotland.
