Receptionist
We are excited to share that we are looking for a Receptionist to join our department on a full-time, 12 month fixed-term contract.
Responsibilities
The successful individual will join our friendly team to provide an efficient clerical and receptionist service for the College and to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for visitors.
In this role you will be welcoming visitors to the College and handling incoming calls to the switchboard and directing calls. Dealing with Student and Parent queries and handling mass mail-outs, e.g. parent letters. Finally, you’ll be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing post and parcels from Royal Mail / courier service operators and arranging collection.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
To be considered for this role you will have excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate with students, visitors and staff in a pleasant and professional manner and have confidence in using IT software (particularly Microsoft Office). You’ll also have experience in financial administrative tasks.
