Are you a compassionate, reliable individual looking for a role where you can make a real difference? Do you enjoy motivating others and supporting them to lead fulfilling lives? If so, we'd love to hear from you!

Who Will You Be Supporting?

You'll be working with two lovely ladies in their 40s who have learning disabilities. They are independent in many ways but require support to live their lives to the fullest.

- Nurturing Lady: A loving soul who adores her rabbits and takes great pride in caring for them—feeding, cleaning, and putting them to bed. She loves animals and thrives on responsibility.

- Humorous Lady: Full of laughter and a cheeky sense of humour, she loves to joke around and have a good time. She enjoys light-hearted fun and engaging conversations.

Both ladies are eager to explore more of the UK and are planning trips and weekends away. They also need some support with healthy eating—one of them has diabetes and will need guidance around managing her diet.

What Will You Be Doing?

As a Support Worker, your role will be varied and rewarding. You'll be there to empower the ladies to live independently, providing a range of support that includes:

- Daily Living Support: Assist with meal preparation, medication administration (for one lady), and encouraging healthy eating habits.

- No Personal Care: Personal care is not required, as both ladies are quite independent in this area.

- Activity Engagement: Support their interests—whether it's caring for the rabbits or having a good laugh—and help them plan and enjoy trips around the UK.

- Empowering Independence: Encourage them in their daily routines, helping them stay motivated and active, whether at home or on outings.

- Transportation: Drive them to various activities and outings in your own vehicle. Business insurance is required, but mileage will be reimbursed.
