Location: Stafford / Haughton, ST18 (Just a 14-min drive from County Hospital, Weston Rd)
Pay: £11.70 per hour (£50 Per Sleep In Shift)
Position: Part Time (35 hours per week)
Requirements: Full UK Driving Licence & Car

You'll be supporting four incredible ladies, aged from their mid-20s to early 40s, who live with learning disabilities and autism. These ladies are full of energy, love being active, and have a passion for life:

- Social Butterflies: Enjoying concerts, day trips, and exciting weekends away.

- Travel Enthusiasts: From coach trips to London to relaxing caravan holidays, they love exploring new places.

- Animal Lovers: With a house cat as part of the family, their love for animals shines through.

- Activity Seekers: From walking and bowling to shopping and cooking, there's always something fun happening.

- Family Connections: Their close relationships with their families are a vital part of their lives.

What Will You Be Doing?

As a Support Worker, your role will be diverse, engaging, and incredibly rewarding. You will:

- Empower Independence: Provide minimal personal care support, mainly prompting, with full support for one individual.

- Support Daily Living: Assist with meal preparation, promoting healthy eating, administering medication, and managing daily routines.

- Engage in Activities: Be part of their active lifestyles by planning trips, attending concerts, and supporting their holidays.

- Be Creative & Reliable: Use your creativity to make everyday activities exciting and meaningful, while being a dependable presence in their lives.

- Work Flexibly: Depending on the day's needs, you may work as part of a team or provide one-on-one support.

Shift Patterns

- Day Shifts: 7am - 3pm / 2pm - 10pm

- Long Days: 7am - 10pm

- Sleep-Ins: 10pm - 7am (Paid to Sleep)

- Waking Nights: 10pm - 7am (Temporary)

Rotas are provided in advance to ensure you have a healthy work-life balance.
