Summary
We are in a position to be able to recruit an assistant manager to work alongside 2 directors and the registered manager. This role will involve:
Office based Administration duties
reviewing and writing of care plans
Supervision of staff
Team meetings
care planning and writing new care plans.
note taking and minutes
Rota planning
Cover care
duty management cover on rotational basis.
The role could be full time, part time or a job share. We are most interested in getting the right individual for the team and job, including offering the right support to help someone develop.
Must hold NVQ L3, ideally L4 in health and social care
The salary range would be between £22K to £30K depending upon experience (pro-rata for part time)
