Summary
Requirements:
· Experience in an Early Years setting
· Ability to plan ahead, and be flexible and adaptable to change
· Ability to be spontaneous, and plan in the moment
· Sound knowledge of the EYFS
· Experience of the Key Person approach
· Excellent communication skills to liaise with parents and develop children’s language and thinking
· Experience in a baby room is desirable
Current certificates in Paediatric First Aid, Safeguarding and Food Hygiene desirable, but not essential as training can be given
