Summary


Wimborne Adult Community Mental Health Team are looking for an Administrative Assistant working Monday 9.00am to 5.00pm, Tuesday 9.00am to 5.00pm and Wednesday 9.00am to 1.00pm.

The ideal applicant will be used to and enjoy working in a demanding role and above all, have the ability to remain calm and resilient in a busy and challenging environment.

An administrative and/or customer service background is required with excellent keyboard skills and strong telephone reception experience. A typing/word processing qualification is required as part of the role is typing etters and reports which are dictated by clinical staff.

Telephone reception.

Covering outpatient reception in person.

Data entry of accurate information on patient records systems, databases, and spreadsheets etc.

Typing clinic letters & other documentation.

Some minute taking for meetings.
