We invite you to become an integral part of our dynamic team at Trinity Leeds Shopping Centre, where you will serve as a Guest Services Host in our dedicated Guest Services Lounge. In this pivotal role, you will play a key part in delivering exceptional service to our clients and guests on a daily basis, ensuring that their experiences are not only satisfactory but truly memorable.

As a Guest Services Host, you will have the opportunity to efficiently meet and exceed the diverse needs of our visitors. Your responsibilities will include assisting the management team with various administrative tasks, providing essential support as needed, and playing a crucial role in maintaining our high standards of work and service excellence.

In this position, you will take ownership of all inquiries at the Guest Services Area, utilizing your strong questioning and listening skills to accurately identify and address customer needs. Building and nurturing strong relationships with your colleagues is vital to our collaborative approach to customer service, which is essential for achieving our collective business goals.

Your role will also involve responding to emails in a prompt and professional manner, ensuring that all communications reflect the high standards of the Guest Services team. Maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of the Guest Services Lounge is crucial, as it contributes to the overall experience of our guests. You will be expected to uphold professionalism and courtesy at all times, adhering to our personal presentation guidelines to represent Trinity Leeds Shopping Centre in the best light.

In addition to these responsibilities, you will handle telephone inquiries with clarity and efficiency, manage corporate orders, facilitate Trinity Gift card sales, and oversee the lost property process. Your vigilance will be key in reporting any suspicious activities to the Control Room, and you will be trained to assist with fire emergencies as directed, ensuring the safety and security of all guests and staff.

You will also be responsible for following the proper procedures for forwarding customer complaints to the Client, ensuring that all issues are addressed in a timely and effective manner. By embodying the values of Trinity Leeds and Landsec, you will help us realize our vision of providing an outstanding shopping experience for everyone who visits our centre.
