Summary
We are in need for a committed, proactive bar manager who can also successfully manage our main bar and bar at special private parties at our upstairs hall with the help of service staff.. You should be an experienced person who would enjoy working in an exciting, 120-seated Indian Restaurant with an upstair hall which can additionally hold another 80 guests.
As a bar manager at Neelagiree, he/she Should be familiar and be able to make all Indian mocktails and cocktails, with in-depth knowledge of handling a busy bar. He should have knowledge in Indian snacks which will be served at bar counter. He should have a good knowledge about Indian dishes, especially the dishes served at Neelagiree as we serve specialized Indian Dishes.
He/she will be responsible for the comfort and enjoyment of guests and should have excellent customer service skills.
He/she
ensure that staff members are old enough to work in a bar and have a license to serve alcohol. They also verify that patrons are of drinking age.
oversee the bar's inventory, ensuring it's stocked and maintaining ties with vendors and will be responsible for the health and safety of both customers and staff. Should schedule the staff rota, taking into account periods of high and low demand.
organize and check the team's work, and may implement new work methods and systems. Also Need to ensure the bar is clean and well-organized, which can impress guests and help staff be more efficient.
Bar managers should have strong leadership and personnel management skills.
Bar managers may need to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
