A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Clinical Director to join a well-established, RCVS-accredited small animal practice in the stunning city of Coventry.

Our client seeks a dedicated and experienced veterinary surgeon to join their fantastic team as a Clinical Director. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve consulting, operating and collaborating with a team of dedicated and experienced nursing professionals. You will strive to ensure high standards of care and service for both patients and clients, with a focus on driving sustainability and productivity. This role affords you the opportunity to influence the strategic direction of the practice, contributing to the business' growth and its ongoing commitment to clinical excellence.

The practice is fully equipped with the latest technology, including X-ray, Ultrasound, Diagnostic equipment, a full dentistry kit, and an operating theatre. You will be working in a great team environment where everyone pulls together. The team currently consists of one Practice Director, two Registered Veterinary Nurses, four support staff, one Veterinary Care Assistant and one Student Nurse. They are a friendly and supportive team with a positive, can-do attitude.

You might be a seasoned Clinical Director seeking a transition to a new team, or perhaps you are a practicing veterinarian aspiring to take on your inaugural leadership role. You must also be a great team player with excellent communication skills. Role:

- Salary up to £80,000 DOE
- Full time role - 4 day week
- 10 hour shifts from 9:00am to 6:00pm with flexibility on the hours and days worked
- Saturday morning rota (9am - 12pm)
- No Sundays, Bank holidays or OOHs
- Up to £5,000 relocation allowance
