Summary

We are currently seeking an experienced Painter and Decorator to join our successful Response Maintenance Business. You will specialise in day-to-day repairs and maintenance for our reputable social housing client, working in properties in Leeds, Bradford and surrounding areas. We want to hear from people who are truly passionate about making a difference to peoples lives and the properties in which they live.

The Painter and Decorator role:


You will be completing all internal and external decorations within housing settings
Carrying out painting and decoration works on damp and mould
To ensure work is completed efficiently, on time and to a high standard, you will be incentivised with bonus schemes
Health and Safety is at the forefront of all you do, considering yourself, the team and the customers around you.


What will you bring as a Painter and Decorator:


Qualified to an NVQ level 2 in Painting and Decorating
Experience working with mould and damp treatments is essential
Excellent customer service skills and a strong commitment to retaining these standards while working professionally
Motivated in your approach to work and able to work to individual and team output targets
Possession of a full current UK Driving licence, which is essential to undertake the role, with the use of a Company Vehicle available.
