Summary

We are currently looking for Quality Assurance Coach to join us on a permanent basis. This is a pivotal role to provide support to the College’s highly successful Quality Assurance Team in the planning, analysis, implementation, and continuous improvement across all types of College provision (Young People, Apprenticeships, Adults, Higher Education, SEND/High Needs and full cost/commercial).The post holder will be an expert practitioner, who will be responsible for supporting staff to develop and improve their pedagogy, knowledge and skills, linked to whole college priorities.

This is an active role which involve planning, development and delivery of on-going, continuing professional development of staff that supports professional growth and best practice across the College. The role will also be a lead on the quality assurance of assessment and internal quality assurance processes, action and development plans. Equally, the role is not restricted to curriculum; increasingly there is a requirement to support and challenge Business Support Areas, where there is a need to maximise their impact on delivery and the College’s Strategic Ambitions.
