Byddwch yn gweithio’n agos gyda chydweithwyr o fewn a thu allan i’r sefydliad a bod yn gyfrifol am ddatblygu prosiectau, paratoi cynlluniau darparu a phroffiliau ariannol, ysgrifennu a chyflwyno ceisiadau ac achosion busnes. Byddwch hefyd yn cefnogi i ddarparu a monitro prosiectau a rhaglenni yn unol â gofynion y cyllidwyr, gan gynnwys y rhai a arweinir gan Lywodraeth Cymru, megis y Rhaglen Trawsnewid Trefi a rhaglenni Llywodraeth y DU, er enghraifft Cronfa Codi’r Gwastad y DU a Chronfa Ffyniant Gyffredin y DU.

Byddwch yn ymchwilio i ffynonellau cyllido ac yn archwilio data i gefnogi ceisiadau cyllido. Mae diddordeb mewn datblygu a darparu prosiectau adfywio yn hanfodol ar gyfer y swydd hon.

Building on our long-term successes, we are now seeking someone to help us continue our journey of maximising external funding opportunities. Are you the person that can rise to this challenge?

Conwy’s Funding and Governance Team is therefore seeking to appoint an experienced and enthusiastic individual to help secure further external funding investment and support the delivery of the Council’s priorities.

You will work closely with colleagues within and outside the organisation and be responsible for developing projects; preparing delivery plans and financial profiles; writing and submitting funding applications and business cases. You will also support the compliant delivery and monitoring of projects and programmes in line with funder requirements including those led by Welsh Government such as the Transforming Towns Programme and UK Government programmes, for example the UK Levelling Up Fund and the UK Shared Prosperity Fund.

You will research funding sources and explore data to support funding applications. An interest in regeneration project development and delivery is vital for this role.
