The Best Connection Group - Manchester are currently recruiting a Admin manager for our client based in Walkden. This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a market leader in their field.
Working hours Monday to Friday from 07.30 start Rate £14.15 ph Detail of the role Dealing with incoming and outgoing calls daily Ensure GDPR rules followed Data input Updating management information / records Dealing with Client disputes Ensuring the site is Audit ready at all time s Keeping site insurances up to date Dealing with Payroll Aid in ISO 9001 Audits Working on Sage Any other General Admin duties Requirements Comfortable with Supervising of staff Have worked on Sage before Excellent Organisational skills Confident in communicating with internal teams and external customers Worked on Microsoft packages Comfortable in working in a fast paced environment Prides yourself in your reliability and excellent timekeeping
Benefits & Requirements:
- Hourly rate as above (not age dependent)
- 28 days Paid Annual Leave pro-rata for PAYE (inclusive of statutory holiday)
