Essential Applicant Requirements

  • Very good previous administration experience
  • Very good data entry experience
  • Very good experience in receiving telephone calls and speaking to customers over the phone
  • A confident telephone manner
  • Able to work at 08.30 - 5pm Monday to Friday

Purpose of role:

Working in a office as part of a busy help desk team, taking incoming calls, logging maintenance requests, carrying out data entry and general office administration duties

£28,000 pa, 08.30-5pm Monday to Friday - permanent role.
