Summary

We are looking for caring, nurturing (term time only) Learning Support Assistants who are committed to supporting children's learning both in the classroom and at lunchtime.
Our ideal candidates will have experience in working with young children. Also to have experience of working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADD/ADHD or dyslexia in a school setting would be desirable but is not essential. .
The successful candidates will work alongside a hardworking, dedicated and friendly team. There are excellent opportunities professional development and there is strong support for staff welfare, including a new staff well-being area.
You will be able to demonstrate good interpersonal skills, be an effective team member and be able to use your own initiative.
You must be able to support the distinctive Christian ethos of the school but you do not have to be a practising Christian.
Hours are 8.25am until 3.20pm (30 minutes unpaid breaks), Monday to Friday inclusive. Term time only plus 3 INSET days
Salary – £22,599 FTE, Actual pro rata salary for 30 hours per week
