Kip McGrath Professional Tutors are looking for experienced and dedicated, QTS qualified teachers to work with private GCSE Science students at our modern, professional tuition centre in Brighouse.

As a Kip tutor, you will
• deliver quality on-to-one tuition in small groups (weekday evenings and/ or Saturday mornings)
• build excellent relationships with students, with positive parental support.
• work alongside a supportive team of qualified and experience teachers.

• be provided with the quality resources needed to achieve excellent results.
• work from tailored plans based upon individual baseline assessments with the freedom to adapt using your own professional judgement.

Qualifications and Experience - candidates will
· be a fully qualified teacher with a QTS certificate (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent professional teaching qualification.
· have at least one year’s classroom teaching experience.
· have a clean, current DBS certificate issued by the Disclosure and Barring Service.
· have excellent subject knowledge across Key Stages 3 and 4.
· have a passion for teaching.
What you need to know
• flexible, part-time, self-employed contract with an option to join as a limited liability partner participating in our partnership bonus scheme (depending on performance and hours taught)
• unqualified teachers need not apply
• remuneration is calculated on a monthly basis, in arears and payable on the first Tuesday of each month.
