Summary


Provide comprehensive administrative support within the Public Health Team and supporting and working across the team's core functions.
• · Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Public Health Team, including:
• - dealing with enquiries, manage diaries, arrange/minute meetings, developing and updating action plans, communicate with key stakeholders, typing, filing, photocopying, processing financial documentation.
• · Develop and maintain databases/spreadsheets to ensure quick and easy retrieval of information.
• · Collate and check data, producing graphs and reports for analysis.
• · Support with induction/training of new staff, sharing knowledge with colleagues.
• · Resource management – ordering of supplies & equipment.
• · Oversees and allocates work to Band 2 staff where appropriate.
• · Assist in property management including coordinating general repairs and maintenance, health and safety, risk assessments, fire precautions and security systems.
• · Provide cover in the absence of the Public Health Support Manager for periods of annual leave/short term sickness absence.

• Provide Comprehensive administrative support within the Public Health team and supporting and working across the teams core functions.
• Manage the diaries of the Senior Management Team, arrange meetings and take minutes.
• Complete all ordering for the team.
• Record training using various spreadsheets.
• Support PH Support manager and provide cover for periods of Annual leave or sickness.
• Ability to work as part of a team with excellent communication skills, communicating across the Trust.
