Summary
This is an exceptional opportunity to work within a high-profile Yorkshire based organisation on key and often sensitive matters.
The successful commercial and IP lawyer will:
- Have a good working knowledge of company, contract, IP and commercial law.
- Be able to demonstrate strong practical skills in relation to preparing and negotiating commercial and IP contracts.
- A proven track record in delivering results and achieving targets.
- Proven ability to take a practical and cost-effective approach to dealing with legal matters.
- The ability to be the legal lead on major projects providing the interface between internal and external parties in relation to legal matters, and communicating effectively with multiple audiences.
