Our client is a dynamic diagnostic company dedicated to pioneering cutting-edge solutions for early disease detection and personalised patient care. They are seeking a visionary and hands-on Director of R&D to lead their research and development team.
As the Director of R&D, your role is crucial to driving their product development strategy, from concept through to clinical validation and commercialisation, working closely with the RA team to support Regulatory Submissions, primarily in the US.
Key responsibilities will include -
Lead R&D strategy: Shape and execute the R&D roadmap, aligning with company goals and product pipeline.
Product development: Oversee the design, development, and validation of new diagnostic technologies and products.
Collaborative innovation: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Regulatory Affairs, Quality, Manufacturing, and Marketing, to ensure successful product launches.
Regulatory compliance: Ensure all R&D activities comply with relevant IVD regulations and standards (e.g., FDA, CE).
