Bradford Outreach Worker

About the role...
As a Outreach Worker you will be working as part of a wider team to provide housing support and street outreach services, with the aim to accommodate those who are rough sleeping and support those who are vulnerably housed. To deliver a support package to help clients to live independently and progress towards sustained housing recovery.

This role is part of the HOPS - Homeless Outreach Partnership Service.

Working hours: Monday-Friday 8am-4pm

About you...
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following criteria:
A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential for this role.
Experience of being able to engage with service users.
Knowledge of completing service user assessments including comprehensive and risk assessments.
Knowledge of safeguarding adult and child protection policies.
Experience of supporting vulnerable people is desirable.
