Qualifications
- Registered Nurse qualification (RMN/RNLD)
- Valid UK NMC registration
- Experience in mental health nursing, particularly with acute mental health needs (desired)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently

Responsibilities
- Assessing and monitoring the physical and mental health of service users with acute mental health needs
- Developing and implementing individualized care plans to support recovery and discharge back into the community
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed in a safe and therapeutic manner
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care within a less restrictive environment
- Supporting and educating service users and their families towards recovery
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records in accordance with regulatory standards
