Position: Bar Staff
Location: Woolwich, London
Pay: £11.44 per hour (NLW as of April 2024)
Days: Thursday-Sunday
Hours: 6-hour shifts (morning and evening split)

Job Overview:
As part of the bar staff at Dubai Lounge, you will be responsible for preparing and serving drinks to customers while maintaining a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. You will work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring the bar area is well-stocked and customers receive exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers and take drink orders efficiently.
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
Monitor stock levels and inform management when supplies are running low.
Handle cash and card payments using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
Follow all licensing regulations and ensure responsible alcohol service.
Assist with opening and closing procedures, including setting up and cleaning the bar.
Work with the waitstaff to ensure customers' orders are handled smoothly.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
Previous experience working as bar staff (preferred but not required).
Knowledge of drink recipes and the ability to work under pressure.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness.
Flexibility to work late shifts, weekends, and holidays.
