Summary
Warehouse Administrator
Menzies Distribution are looking for 2 Warehouse Administrators to join our team in Normanton (WF6 2AE), providing a first class service and support an effective operational process, which ensures accurate integrity of customer / suppliers stock and data input, and also ensures that all operational processes and compliances are adhered to.
The Details:
• Shift: 4on / 4off
• Hours: 40.5 Per Week
• Location: Normanton WF6 2AE
• Paid Monthly
• Parking Onsite
Key Duties :
• Maintain a safe working environment which complies with all aspects of the company’s H&S policy
• Ensure all environmental control measures are in place and effective
• Ensure the application of the business ‘key standards’ are maintained
• Liaise with and support effective working relationships with internal and external customers
• Maintain, review and develop working practices in line with operational procedures
• Upkeep of WMS
• Accurate input onto Claws
• Accurate control and process of Customer Orders
• Effective documentation control of picking list, goods in and goods out receipts
• Effectively communicate across the business through the production of reports, KPI information
• Liaise with management administration and other departments of warehouse personnel
• Accurate recording
• Effectively manage the load board
• Coordinating the use of automated and computerised systems where necessary
• Assist in managing stock takes daily / weekly/ monthly reporting
• Adherence to customer stock control procedures
• Wastage controlling and reporting
• HACCP awareness
• BRC Awareness
• Prepare effective reporting documents for Management
• Perpetual inventory reporting
• Control of warehouse administration ensuring all customer process are adhered to
• Pallet Control reporting
