An incredible opportunity has arisen for a Lead Veterinary Surgeon to join an award-winning small animal practice in the beautiful and charming area of North West London.

Our client is located in a lovely area with a village-like atmosphere. The residential charm is characterised by tree-lined streets, impressive stucco villas, and easy access to green spaces such as Regent's Park. The area boasts smart shops along the side streets and is near the famous Portobello Road market, known for its wealth of antiques, memorabilia, and other collectibles.

This well-established practice, known for its excellent reputation, is seeking an experienced and dedicated Veterinary Surgeon to take on a leadership role. You will be responsible for routine and complex consultations, GP level surgery, dentistry, and imaging, while working with a spectacular team committed to maintaining high clinical standards and exceptional client care.

The practice is equipped with state-of-the-art technology, including Digital Radiography, Dental Radiography, Ultrasound, and a dedicated operating theatre. You will collaborate with an experienced and enthusiastic team dedicated to providing top-notch care to their clients. Additionally, you will receive support from specialists in internal medicine, imaging, oncology, ophthalmology, dermatology, and surgery for complex cases requiring advanced expertise.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to manage and drive a successful team, grow the practice, and strengthen client relationships. Sound surgical and dentistry skills, along with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team, are essential.

The Rota:
• Full time role - 4/5 day week
• 1:4 Saturday morning rota (9am - 1pm)
