Responsibilities:

  • Provide a safe, happy, and stimulating environment in which each student can reach their full potential.
  • Use targeted teaching to ensure all students make fast and consistent progress across the curriculum.
  • Have high aspirations and expectations for students in both behaviour and achievement.
  • Encourage each child to be positive and self-motivated, taking responsibility for their own actions.
  • Fit in with the diverse, inclusive curriculum, which is balanced and differentiated to the needs of each student.

The successful candidate must:

  • Have QTS (essential).
  • Have 2 proven professional references.
  • Hold an enhanced DBS with an update service subscription, or be willing to apply for one.
  • Have eligibility to work in the UK.
  • Have an outstanding understanding of the curriculum.
  • Have a teaching qualification suitable for primary education.
  • Be able to show experience teaching in the primary curriculum.
  • Show superb communication skills.
