Responsibilities:
- Provide a safe, happy, and stimulating environment in which each student can reach their full potential.
- Use targeted teaching to ensure all students make fast and consistent progress across the curriculum.
- Have high aspirations and expectations for students in both behaviour and achievement.
- Encourage each child to be positive and self-motivated, taking responsibility for their own actions.
- Fit in with the diverse, inclusive curriculum, which is balanced and differentiated to the needs of each student.
The successful candidate must:
- Have QTS (essential).
- Have 2 proven professional references.
- Hold an enhanced DBS with an update service subscription, or be willing to apply for one.
- Have eligibility to work in the UK.
- Have an outstanding understanding of the curriculum.
- Have a teaching qualification suitable for primary education.
- Be able to show experience teaching in the primary curriculum.
- Show superb communication skills.
