Summary

Cirrus IT Services in Nelson are recruiting for an Apprentice Digital Support Technician. The successful candidate will work towards completing a Level 3 Digital Support Technician apprenticeship over the duration of 18 months.

Job Details:
• Dealing with inbound Incidents and Requests via our help desk
• Logging, Prioritising, and classifying tickets, acquiring as much information as possible
• First line Support & Investigation
• Escalating to an appropriate engineer where necessary
• Updating customers on their ticket progress
• Perform daily & weekly checks of backups and Remote Monitoring
• Keep help desk up to date and make sure that every ticket has time logged

Requirements:
• Confident dealing with customer problems
• Friendly and approachable
• Willingness to learn
• Punctual and reliable
• Good communication skills
• Demonstrates initiative

Hours of work:
Monday - Friday 9:00-5:00pm / 30 mins lunch / 37.5 hours per week
