Summary

Prison Pathways Coordinator - Full Time, Permanent
Location: The successful candidate will be splitting their time between two of our probation sites, Lordship Land and Lands Downe road.

Please note this role requires both Police and Prison Vetting.

We have exciting new opportunity to join our newly established Criminal Justice Team within friendly wider team of Humankind and NHS Recovery Coordinators at The Grove, Haringey.
Our aim is to develop new and strengthen our existing Criminal Justice pathways into drug and alcohol treatment for people affected by homelessness, mental health, domestic violence, and experience of the Criminal Justice system.

Duties of the prison pathways coordinator include but not limited too:
Monitoring and tracking client journey between prison and community
Managing communications and data e.g. preparing performance reports
You will have a large involvement with 3rd party clients including, commissioners, stakeholders and the HM Prison service.
Using internal applications as well as full Microsoft packages.
We are looking for someone who has a knowledge and understanding of the criminal justice sector as well an understanding of substance misuse.
