Summary
Job Overview:
Due to company growth & successfully tendering for multiple projects, we are looking to employ a number of skilled Electricians to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures including the installation of EV chargers and solar PV & battery storage.
If you are a detail-oriented, customer focused individual with a passion for high quality electrical work, we want to hear from you.
Duties:
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical installations
- Fault finding electrical issues
- Ensure all work is in accordance with relevant codes
- Collaborate with colleagues, contractors and construction workers on projects
Skills:
- Knowledge of solar pv and battery storage installations (desirable)
- Knowledge of EV Charger installations (desirable)
- Experience of new build property installations (desirable)
- Ability to interpret technical drawings (desirable)
- Ability to work independently using own initiative or as part of a team. (essential)
- Have a full UK driving licence. (preferable)
- Excellent communication skills. (essential)
Qualifications:
- Electrical Testing and Inspection: able to test own work and complete EICR's. e.g. City & Guilds 2391/2394 & 2395 combined. (essential)
- 18th Edition Qualified (essential)
- NVQ Level 3 Qualification in electrical installation work e.g. C&G 2330, 2360, 2357, 2365. (essential)
- CSCS Card (essential)
- Working at heights (desirable)
- Manual handling (desirable)
- IPAF (desirable)
- PASMA (desirable)
