Summary

We have an exciting opportunity for a Service Advisor to join the Busseys Group and develop a long-term career with a motivated service team, focused on delivering a fantastic customer experience.

As part of the front line team, our Service Advisors are key to the relationships we have with our customers and to the success of our business. The service desk is an exciting, fast paced environment where attention to detail, calmness under pressure and common sense are essential attributes.

You will provide a friendly, single point of contact to our customers from arrival at the service desk, keeping them informed about the progress of their vehicle throughout the day, ensuring they are completely satisfied with their experience.

The key aspects of your role will be:

Meeting and greeting customers, and identifying their needs
Keeping our customers fully informed throughout their visit
Ensuring each customer receives a fully priced video of any additional work required and gaining their authorisation in a timely fashion
Explaining everything about the visit to the customer when they collect their vehicle and ensuring that they are completely satisfied
Liaising with other departments to make sure the customer receives brilliant service all round
Contacting the customer after their visit to check everything is OK
We are looking for an enthusiastic, driven person ready to bring their passion and flair to the role, as part of our Whiffler Road, Norwich Service department.

Preferably you will have a background in delivering excellent service and have a natural confidence when speaking to customers. The ideal candidate will hold experience within the motor industry, however experience in similar industries will be considered.
