Summary

What skills and experience we're looking for

We are looking for dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to join our Dovecote Team who can:

• Contribute to the on-going development of the Academy’s Resource Provision
• Encourage and enthuse students with complex communication needs including Autism, to achieve their full potential
• Supervise and provide particular support for students with additional needs
• Assist with the planning of learning activities
• Undertake work in the classroom or outside the main teaching area on a 1:1 or small group basis
