Summary
What skills and experience we're looking for
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure compliance with examination policies, procedures, and Awarding Body regulations.
• Process student examination entries and coordinate examination access arrangements.
• Assist with the organisation and administration of internal assessments and mock exams.
• Support the coordination of invigilators, exam rooms, and contingency plans.
• Collaborate with the MIS team and curriculum staff to align exam entries with student enrolments.
• Provide general administrative support to other business functions as needed.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Strong administrative and organisational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
• Experience with examination procedures and systems is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt and respond to the changing needs of the College.
