Summary
The Best Connection are proud to be working with our client based in Durham, who are a national haulage company.
They are currently looking for ADHOC Class 1 Trampers to help cover driver holidays with immediate start dates available.
In this role you will be doing: A to B trunking Pre-loaded vehicles & pre-planned routes Strapping the load No handball involved The candidate: Vald and indate LGV C+E licence, CPC & Digi card Minimum of 2 years driving experience and over 25 (for insurance purposes) Hours of work: 07.00am shift start times - can vary depending on destination Pay Rates: Monday to Friday £14.50 per hour (PAYE) Saturday and Sunday £17.25 per hour (PAYE) £25.00 night out allowance Benefits of working for The Best Connection: 28 days annual leave pro-rata for PAYE (inclusive of statutory holidays) Online payslips with easy access to all your personal data Both temporary and full-time assignments (we work around your schedule) 24/7 support of our dedicated senior driving consultants Weekly pay Pension contribution Ongoing temporary assignments Successful applicants will be invited to register online.
