Summary

Location: Marden, Kent
Salary: circa £25,000 per annum

Hours: Full-time Mon -Fri 37.5 hours a week

They are looking for an experienced administrator to join their team.

They are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, organised, and able to juggle multiple tasks with ease.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering phone calls and addressing general queries with professionalism.
  • Responding to emails and managing the inbox efficiently.
  • Issuing and organising necessary documentation.
  • Posting credits and processing refunds accurately and timely.
  • Assisting with taking payments and managing financial transactions.
  • Supporting the accounts team with day-to-day financial tasks.
  • Providing general administrative support as needed.

Previous experience in administration along with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal is an essential requirement for this role.
