Summary

As an experienced Field Sales Executive, you will confidently tailor your approach to meet the unique needs of a diverse customer base. You will capitalise on every opportunity, turning inquiries into sales and strengthening relationships with existing clients.

Location - The office is located in Bridgend and you will cover the South and West Wales regions.

As a Field Sales Executive you will be primarily responsible for generating customer appointments and prospecting in order to maximise sales in a challenging, target driven environment. Your core responsibilities will be:

  • Prospecting and qualifying leads before planning, booking and attending customer visits
  • Strategic planning, forecasting and pricing of all major works including price negotiations for all repeat works
  • Strategic overview of the current and ongoing market
  • Collaboration with other departments and divisions within the company
  • Account management with both new and existing clients

Skills and experience of a Field Sales Executive

  • At least 2 years' experience
  • Experience within the Construction industry (but not essential)
  • Outgoing and presentable with the ability to instantly build strong customer relationships
  • Goal & results driven, with a sense of ownership and pride in performance.
  • Has a proven track record in achieving targets
  • Has the confidence to deal with decision-makers
  • Has strong time management and the ability to meet deadlines
  • Has excellent written, oral and communication skills
  • Computer literate
