Summary

Are you an experienced Early Years Educator, looking for a new, permanent part-time role in the afternoons ?

The German School London is part of a long-standing tradition of excellence and the Kindergarten provides a bi-lingual education for children from 3 - 6 years.

As an afternoon Early Years Educator, you will work with groups of children and a German speaking Group Leader.

The School is set in beautiful, extensive grounds next to the river Thames, and every day is different for you and the children.

The Role

Support a stimulating and safe learning environment for children aged 3-6 years
Support the planning and implementation of age-appropriate activities to support each child's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development
Foster positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues to ensure a supportive and inclusive atmospher
Providing feedback to parents and guardians when necessary
Collaborate with team members to continuously improve the learning environment of the 'Kinderhaus’.
Participation in school events, such as the Lantern Festival, Summer Festival or Open Day
Skills and Experience Required

At least 2 years experience as Early Years Educator Level 3 or above; or similar qualification
Excellent command of the English language, oral and written
Confident and competent appearance
A positive attitude
Ability to work independently and in a team
