We have an exciting opportunity for a part-time Cook to join our friendly, supportive team at our Sandown care home.
Broadhurst Care Home provides high quality residential and dementia care services for up to 25 elderly residents, and has a CQC rating of Good.
We are looking for a knowledgeable and passionate Cook, who can prepare and serve healthy, traditional home cooked food for our residents.
A thorough understanding of food safety is crucial, and you should be able to complete the appropriate catering paperwork. You should hold the relevant food hygiene qualifications.
Previous experience working as a Cook within an elderly care home environment is desirable.
A competitive salary is offered, which will be discussed at the interview. We are looking to fill 2 days a week, but you must be available to cover sickness and annual leave.
