Summary
We are seeking applications for a Warehouse Trainer Supervisor to join a leading pharmaceutical manufacturer who are committed to producing high quality medications.
The warehouse is a critical component of the supply chain, ensuring that all products are stored, managed, and distributed with the utmost care and efficiency.
As a Warehouse Trainer Supervisor, you will play a big part in the business and will support the smooth operation of their pharmaceutical supply chain. You will continue to implement Warehouse training and ensure that the principles of cGMP, cGWDP and H&S policies are complied with.
Some of your responsibilities as a Warehouse Trainer Supervisor will include:
- Ensure that staff training and development is fulfilled and to monitor individual progress through maintenance of training and development records and regular reviews.
- Must learn technical information (IFS, EXCEL, WORD) about the department processes and equipment to help develop and deliver training material using a variety of formats i.e. videos, presentations, written assessments, hands-on training etc.
- To assist in the management and control of all aspects of the Warehouse operation
