Summary
KPI Recruiting are on the look out for a Night Shift Supervisor for our client based in Crawley.
As a Night Shift Supervisor our working hours and days are:
• 4 on 4 off
• 20:00- 08:00
The rate of pay as a Night Shift Supervisor is:
• £15.44 p/h
The duties and responsibilities as a Night Shift Supervisor are:
• Allocate and supervise daily tasks as well as briefing the team
• Be accountable for any issues that arise and solves any problems
• Monitor the quality of work that our operatives carry out and manage the Team Leaders
• Effective people management
• Ensure that all products are handled correctly and in-line with manual handling guidelines
• Adhere to all Heath and Safety procedures
• Investigate and rectify any operational errors that occur
• Motivate and encourage the team
• Provide admin support where needed
• Help support the management team with any queries
• Complete handovers to the days team
• Support with HR functions such as disciplinary meetings in a fair and consistent way
• Plan the shift, look at resource and monitor workloads o ensurethat all tasks are complete
• Be responsible for the site’s cleanliness and maintenance
• Implement ways to reduce damages
• Hit KPI targets set by the buisness
The ideal candidate for a Night Shift Supervisor would need:
• Previouse experience as warehouse management (essential)
• Ability to work well individually or in a team environment
• Computer Literacy must be to a good standard
• Excellent communication skils
• Able to prioritise tasks
• Can Make logical decisions
