Shift Patterns:
- 4x4 (4 day work - 4 day rest) 12 hours shifts (11.5 paid).
- Days 6AM start - £12/hour, OT paid after 48 hours with £15/hour.
- Nights 6PM start - £13/hour, OT paid after 48 hours with £16.25/hour.
As a Packer Picker you will need to have:
- Basic spoken and written English required.
- Good numeracy skills.
- Good work ethic.
- Previous packing/picking and food production experience is desirable but not required as full training is provided.
- Must be over 18 years old.
- Own or public transport to get to the site located in Unit 4, Distribution Pk, Hawkley Dr, Bradley Stoke, Bristol, BS32 0BF.
- Assisting in the packing of all food products produced by our customer.
- Operating machinery and equipment as required for the above activity (full training provided).
- Carrying out a variety of cleaning duties as directed.
- Assisting with the achievement of production targets.
- Demonstrating the competent application of good manufacturing practices required to consistently operate to high standards of food quality and food safety.
- Complying with Company hygiene policies and procedures when undertaking operations while maintaining high standards of personal hygiene.
