Summary
Key Responsibilities: 1. In house expert for the Datix system throughout the Trust ensuring staff are fully trained and supported in the use; that correct data entry leads to accurate statistical reports and that the Trust is able to utilise the system to its fullest.2. Trust lead for Datix system maintenance, managing activity across all modules and working with a number of IT systems.3. To support the Trust-wide implementation, integration, management and development of business information systems4. To co-ordinate external reporting to the National Reporting and Learning System, KO41 Returns, Security Incident Reporting System, NHS Digital and any other external requirements in conjunction with subject experts/Trust Leads5. Manage the DATIX contract, be the key liaison, and make efficient use of user licences.6. To assist with delivering on performance targets7. To be responsible for the management of specific projects and developments.
