Job Overview
As an HR Assistant at Hazelcare, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR department. You’ll assist with various administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations and contributing to our mission of providing exceptional care.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist in recruitment processes, such as posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks
• Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration
• Coordinate training sessions and workshops for staff
• Handle general HR inquiries and provide information to employees
• Maintain employee records, including personal information, attendance, and leave records
• Support the HR and Finance Manager in various tasks
Requirements
• Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Prior experience in an HR-related role advantageous
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
