Summary
Recruit4staff are proud to be representing their client, a leading Manufacturing Facility in their search for Shift Maintenance Technician with an Electrical bias to work in their new facility in Leamington Spa.
For the successful Shift Maintenance Technician our client is offering:
• £45,500 Per Annum
• 7-7 4 on 4 off (2 days 2 nights)
• Permanent Position
• Company pension Employer 5%, Employee 3%
• Cycle to work scheme
The role – Shift Maintenance Technician:
• Carry out planned electrical maintenance on a range of manufacturing plant equipment
• To identify and rectify in a timely manner, electrical, electronic and control system faults that lead to non-production in any area of the plant.
• Carrying out motor replacements on plant equipment
• To keep records of inspections and servicing and order components and parts where appropriate.
• To maintain, service and clean electrical installation items within the manufacturer’s recommendations.
• Maintain the shells of all equipment.
• Maintain records on servicing.
• Report and document each production run and provide electricity usage analysis.
• To make recommendations on improvements to any system in the plant in order to improve safety and efficiency
• Collate data and report to the Supervisor of job progress
• Out of hours completion of ad hoc permits to work for maintenance requirements
What our client is looking for in a Shift Engineer:
• Electrical and mechanical fault finding and repair experience
• Hydraulics and Pneumatics Experience
• Electrical Qualifications, 18th edition preferred
• Engineering NVQ L3 preferred
