Duties & Responsibilities:
We are all about our guests! As a Team Member, your top focus will be to deliver exceptional customer service, whilst ensuring our guests' health, safety, and wellbeing are always prioritised. You'll create an atmosphere where guests thrive on your infectious personality, making every visit a memorable experience, one guest at a time!

Welcoming each and every guest into our park with absolute passion, professionalism and enthusiasm. From the moment they walk through the door, throughout their visit, to when they head back home.
You will be working across all areas of the park including Reception, Diner, Activities Areas, Parties and more!
Processing transactions (Cash & Card) when working on Reception and Diner
Conducting and engaging our guests in their safety briefing
Be the first point of contact for any accidents/incidents that may occur in your area of work
Uphold our park rules at all times
Follow all of Flip Out’s regulations/policies and procedures
Report maintenance issues immediately to your Court Supervisor
Escalate any complaints to your Shift Manager, swiftly and professionally
Maintain exceptional housekeeping at all times in every area of the park (not just the arena)
Interaction is the absolute key to creating unforgettable experiences one guest at a time and you will interact with all our guests from a simple smile to a great big high five!

Hours:
We are looking for team members to join us on a zero hour contract covering weekdays and weekends. We have shift availability from 8am-10pm everyday and we work 6 or 8 hour shifts per day.

Rates of Pay & Benefits:
16-17 year olds - £6.40 per hour
18-20 year olds - £8.60 per hour
21 year olds + - £11.44 per hour
